Mike's Factory Direct Price Match Guarantee

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

• The Price Match Guarantee applies to identical products (same brand, model, and specifications) sold by an authorized Jacuzzi retailer.


• The competitor must be an authorized retailer located within 100 mile radius of our location(s), with the product in stock and available for immediate purchase.


• The guarantee applies to in-store and online purchases made at a Jacuzzi retailer.

Price Match Requirements

• Customers must provide proof of the competitor’s lower price at the time of purchase. Acceptable proof includes a current advertisement, website screenshot, or verifiable quote showing the competitor’s price, product details, and date.


• The competitor’s price must include all applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees for an accurate comparison.


• The price match request must be made at the time of purchase or within 30 days of the original purchase date from one of showrooms.

Exclusions

• The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:


• Prices from unauthorized retailers, auction sites, or third-party marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Amazon Marketplace).


• Refurbished, used, or open-box products.


• Special promotions, including but not limited to clearance sales, liquidation sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or limited-time flash sales.

  • Pricing errors or misprints by competitors.
  
  
  • Membership-based or loyalty program discounts.
  
  
  • Prices from competitors not located within 100 mile radius.
  
  
  
  

Price Match Process

• Customers must contact a Mike’s Factory Direct representative in-store, by phone, or via email to request a price match.


• The showroom will verify the competitor’s price and product availability. Verification may take up to 24 hours.


• If approved, Mike’s Factory Direct will match the competitor’s total price (including taxes and fees) or refund the difference if the purchase was made within the 30-day period.

Limitations

• The Price Match Guarantee is limited to one price match per product, per customer.


• Mike’s Factory Direct reserves the right to limit quantities eligible for price matching.


• The guarantee cannot be combined with other Mike’s Factory Direct promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.

Changes and Termination

• Mike’s Factory Direct reserves the right to modify or terminate the Price Match Guarantee at any time without prior notice.


• Any changes to these terms will be posted on the Mike’s Factory Direct website.
