Small business located in Fairfield County seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Representative for its Westport showroom location. We are a local business that was established in 1999 looking for a sales professional to support our growing business. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, self-starter with successful sales experience, must be able to work independently in a high energy, fast paced environment, and is community minded.

Position Description:

Position will be responsible for actively following up on leads and continuously seeking out sources for potential new customers. The Sales & Marketing Representative is an expert at building relationships with people and has strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Solid opening, presentation and closing skills
  • Maintain a professional, friendly personality
  • Detail oriented, outstanding lead management and follow-up
  • Participate and contribute in the achievement of sales goals established for the month, quarter and year
  • Learn and keep up-to-date with key industry business knowledge
  • Must be able to work Saturdays

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Dedicated to an excellent customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft programs – Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management software (e.g., Salesforce) a plus
  • Working knowledge of social media and marketing campaigns
